Job Description :
Locum Pediatric Urgent Care Physician needed starting as soon as credentialed near Anderson, SC.
- Dates of coverage: Weekdays needed only, no weekend coverage
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 20-40 depending on the season
- Number of Exam Rooms: 9
- Urgent Care Physicians are Present During the Locums Coverage
- Locum Physician are Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers
- Mid-levels provide coverage: 1
- Documentation System/EMR: Epic
- Practice Setting: Pediatric
- Procedures Required: Minor Wound Management and Repair, Incision and Drainage of Abscesses, Extremity Splinting, Foreign Body Removal from Skin, Pelvic Exam, Diagnostic Testing
- Certification Requirements: BCV by The American Board of Pediatrics OR The American Board of Osteopathic Medicine - Pediatrics. Active SC License, DEA, BLS, and ACLS.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days; Temps available
