• Schedule: 2 weeks per month 7a-7p, M-F (site will also consider 8hr days if preferred.)

• 25 Bed Hospital; Level 4 trauma center


• Average Daily Census: 12.7 licensed for 25 inpt beds which includes OB, have an additional 19 observation beds


• Duties: The locums will be onsite to complete minor procedures and reads such as: diagnostic mamos, breast biopsy, barium enema, small bowel follow through, upper GI, epidural steroid injection, abscess drainage, medicare overreads


• Approximately 2300 radiology exams each month


• Providers on site would be provided a list of any overreads that would be needed. These are all types of studies- CT, MRI, x-rays, mammos, dexa scans.


• Will support 3 general surgeons; 2 orthopedic surgeons; 1 FP provider with OB and 3 OB/GYN providers with an average of 50-60  births per month


• Procedures per day expected: depending on complexity 5-10. More if it is less invasive procedures like esophograms/barium enemas.

• Requirements: BC in Radiology, ND License or IMLC, ACLS, BLS, DEA, MQSA


• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
