Job Description :
Diagnostic/Mammo Radiologist needed near Tampa, FL starting as soon as credentialed.
- Duration: Immediate ongoing
- Board Certification: Board Certified, MQSA if performing mammography.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM or 8a-5p no call, no weekend
- Shifts: Minimum 20 shifts per month
- All Breast Care Center procedures
- 30% DX 70% Mammo
- Agfa enterprise imaging and Powerscribe
- 1 IR Rad on site
- 15-20 cases per day
- 8 RVU/Hr
- License Requirement: Must have FL license & DEA
- EMR: Cerner, AGFA PACS, Powerscribe
- Multi Site - Provider will be cross-credentialed at multiple sites within the health system / area. (1 application for all sites)
- Privileges: 90-120 days
- Temps: Available for clean file and background only
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.

List of all of the sites to be cross-credentialed at. Clinician must be open to traveling within Advent to sites with the Mammo needs.
