Job Description :
Pediatric Hospitalist needed for 24-hr call shifts in MI.
3 Locations currently needing coverage:
Location 1:
- 8/22-8/25 @ 7am – @ 7am
Location 2:
- 7/3-7/7 @ 7am – @ 7pm ***4th of July will include holiday pay***
Location 3:
- 7/28-7/29 @7am-@7am
Details:
- New Born Call Only
- Level 1 nursery
- Daily census varies - typically 1-3 newborns
- Can be requested to attend deliveries/c-sections, case by case dependent
- Must be able to perform circs
- Average deliveries vary based on location: Min 175; Max 450 per year
- Do not have an inhouse NICU, these cases must be transferred out
- Cases/Procedures: 5 circumcisions within the last 12 months
- EMR: Epic/Dragon
- Certification Requirements: MI License or IMLC, BC/BE
- Credentialing Timeframe: Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
