Job Description :
NP/PA-Hospitalist needed for Day Shifts starting as soon as credentialed in Aiken, SC.
- Schedule: 7a-7p
- 273 Beds
- Closed ICU - 21 Beds
- 7 Day Providers / 1 Night Provider
- APP Coverage
- Average Census: 80-100
- 2-3 Day Admits per provider / 10-12 Night Admits
- Day: Admission Pager Holder - AM/PM Admission teams
- Night: ICU coverage, central lines, intubations, codes
- APP: Admission, follow up care & management, discharge, rapid response
- Hospitalist is responsible for running codes with assistance of intensivists. Nocturnist with help of ED physician.
- Hospitalist is responsible for responding with RRT
- BLS/ACLS required
- Credentialing is typically 3-6 months. Temps are occasionally approved
- $1250 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
