Job Description :
Locum Primary Care NP/PA needed near Fort Collins, CO starting as soon as credentialed.
- Work schedule: 8a-4:30p
- Practice Setting: In-Patient
- Number of shifts: 8-12 per month
- Ideal Candidate: Experience completing medical history and physicals and treatment of medical diagnosis
- Patient Population: Adult (18+): Hospital 80%, Geriatrics: Hospital 5%, Pediatrics: Hospital 15%
- Areas of Rounding: Inpatient Units
- Number of Physicians in practice & their specialties: Psychiatrists - 3; Supervising FMC provider - 1
- Support Staff: 7 LPN & BHT 5
- Number of exam rooms: 2
- Caseload: Up to 41
- Admissions: up to 12
- EMR: Epic
- Certification Requirements: BC, Active CO License & DEA, BLS
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
