Job Description :
Hospitalist need for various day & night shifts to start as soon as possible in South Central Texas.
Day Shift Available Dates:
- March: 26-27
- April: X
- May: 7-8, 21-22
- June: 1-6, 14-20, 28-30
- July: 1-4, 12-18, 26-31
Night Shift Available Dates:
- March: 11-13, 21-27
- April: 4-10, 18-24
- May: 2-8, 16-22, 30-31
- June: 1-5, 13-19, 27-30
- July: 1-3, 11-17, 25-31
Details:
- BC/TBE Family Medicine
- Schedule: day 7a-7p, night 7p-7a
- 178 total beds, 16 ICU Beds
- 4 day shift providers / 1 night shift provider
- Average Day Census: 50-70
- Average Day Admits: 8-12
- Average Night Admits: 8-12
- All shifts must complete all dictations and billing before leaving the hospital.
- Open ICU
- No procedures required
- Running Codes: Hospitalist will run codes for their established patient, but the ER physicians will intubate.
- Hospitalist does not respond with Rapid Response Team
- EMR: Meditech
- BLS & ACLS are required
- Credentialing: 60-90 Days
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days
