Job Description :
Hospitalist needed for Day & Night coverage near Nashville, TN starting as soon as credentialed.
- BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine
- Shift Times: 6:30p-6:30a
- Total Hospital Beds: 136
- Open ICU, HM Team will round on ICU Patients
- Physician Coverage Model: 4 Day Rounders; 1 Night Rounder
- APP Coverage Model: 22 hrs; 7a-7p, 2p-12a
- Patient Census per Physician: 18-20
- Average Day Admissions: 7-9
- Average Night Admissions: 6-8
- Round Robin approach for Admissions
- No Procedures Required
- Codes: Hospitalist will respond, with EM & Intensivist as back up
- Specialty Back Up: Cardiology, Neurological, Oncology, Orthopedic, Surgery (General, Ortho, Spine, Plastic, Urology, Vascular, Cardio, Gastro, ENT, Diagnostic), and OBGYN
- Minimum of 4 Shifts per Month
- Required: Active TN License, DEA, ACLS
- $1250 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
