- Shift Schedule: Days 7 AM – 7 PM; Nights 7 PM – 7 AM; Days work 7 on/7 off; nights can be worked one at a time and don’t have to be in a row.

- Day Team: 5 rounding teams + 1APP, and an additional rounder if census hits 97
- Night Team: 1 nocturnist
- Patient Census:
Day -- Program is designed for starting census of 75 pts with 5 rounders and 1 APP + 1 swing MD
Night – Night docs don’t round on patients, so no census. Night docs do admits, Code Blues, RRT’s, house officer duties.
- Admits:
Day -- 5-6 patients during the day which will be split b/w 5 rounders and 1 APP
Night – 8-10 admissions at night

Procedures: Not required

Running Codes: Required 24/7, though there are intensivists during the day for codes in the ICU.

Will be on rapid response team

Call Involvement: Rotation, Day teams will rotate house officer duties Q4 including rapid responses, Code Blues.

- Credentialing: 3-4 months, temp privileges are available
