Permanent BC Family Practice Provider needed in York, PA. 

• 40 hrs/wk Monday 11-8, Tues-Friday 8-5.  No weekends as of now.


• Oncall is a 1:7 rotation Monday 8 am -Monday 8 am


• Base $220,000


• Incentive $20/encounter over 5500 encounters/year


• NP supervision $8000/yr


• Retention bonus of $15,000 paid over 3 years


• Claims made malpractice w/tail conditions


• Medical/Dental/Vison after 3 months.  Medical: Employee contribution of $27/wk.  All dependents on policy are paid in full by employer per contract.


• Dental/Vison are employee paid.


• Life, Long & short term disability paid by employer


• 401K after 90 days – 50% match on first 3% put in plan


• PTO 20 days + 6 holidays


• CME $2500 yearly


• Clothing allowance $1500 yearly


• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
