Job Description :
Family Medicine MD/DO needed in Grayling, MI to start as soon as credentialed.
- Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8 am-5pm
- Must be able to see all ages
- No Call
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 18-20
- Average number of OB patients Per Day: N/A
- Required General Procedures: N/A
- Number of Physicians in Practice: three
- Number of Exam Rooms: 3 PER provider
- Trauma Level/Designation: level 4
- EMR: Cerner Powerchart
- Will accept providers needing to license, preferred if already licensed
- Certification Requirement: BC/BE, BLS
- Providers MUST participate in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS - Required
- Clean background with NO disciplinary actions and NO malpractice
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Will receive emergency Credentials
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
