Job Description :
Permanent Family Practice Physician needed in Long Island City, NY to start as soon as possible.
- BC FP
- Outpatient clinic treating homeless population
- Schedule: M-Fri. 9a-5p, possibly 1 day working 10a-6p.
- Time will be split between 2 locations in the Bronx & Brooklyn.
- 18 Patients per day, can see more if able & get a $50 bonus per patient per day if seeing more.
- Cases: Anything physical, sick visits, referrals to specialists. Any primary concern.
- No Call
- Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision, 4 weeks PTO, 12 personal days, 12 holidays, flexible spending program, CME reimbursements & time off.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
