• Must be able to manage complex patients


• Support staff: 3 NP, 1 PA, 5 RN, 1 LPN, 16 MA


• Other physicians will be present during locums coverage


• Will not be required to supervise other healthcare providers


• 38 exam rooms


• EMR: Epic


• Active WY License & DEA is Preferred


• 90-day credentialing timeframe


• $1250 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
