Locum Family Medicine Physician needed starting in January near Richmond, VA.
Open dates:
Job Description:
- Coverage beggining January 2024 through mid-Summer 2024
- 8 hr days, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Job Description:
- Reason for coverage: Provider resignation
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 18
- 2 Mid-Levels Provide Coverage
- Number of Exam Rooms: 16
- Services Available On-Site: Laboratory and Radiology
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator
- Required General Procedures: Evaluation and Mgmt. of Acute Volume / BP Issues
- Required Medicine Procedures: Adult Outpatient and Without ICU/CCU
- Required Pediatric Procedures: General Outpatient
- Required Gynecology Procedures: Pelvic Exam / Pap Smear
- Local Candidates only, mileage is reimbursed.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Hourly pay + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Active VA license
- BLS, PALS, ACLS
