Job Description :
Locum Family Practice Physician needed in Okanogan, WA starting as soon as credentialed.
- Schedule: M-F, 8:30a-4:30p
- Duration 6m-1yr
- # of Patients per Day: 20
- Must be willing to see peds, well child exam not a lot of peds needed but must be willing to
- Women's health: not a lot of it but occasionally
- No OB (out of the clinic no GYN either)
- Some Chronic pain mangement, someone willing to see
- Support Staff- NP, RN onsite 2or 3 MA's at any given time, Also a clinic manager, CMO
- Rural Health Experience is a Plus
- Certification Requirements: Active WA License, PALS, BLS
- CMS, Medicare, Medicaid experience required
- Cred. timeframe- if credentialed through WA before takes 30 days, if not then it would be 90+ days

$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
