Job Description :
Locum Primary Care Physician needed starting as soon as credentialed in Lane County, OR.
- Start- As soon as credentialed
- FTE - 1 needed
- Daily shift: 8a-5p (may vary)
- Duration of need: 6 months
- Setting: Outpatient
- Patient age group: all ages
- # of patients per day 20-24
- Looking for someone with primary care experience. The services that the department offers in Priority Care are essentially the same as Primary Care, just on a walk-in (emergent) basis. An urgent care provider would also work but preference in either case would be an experienced provider.
- Required Procedures: Emergent pain, suturing/suture removal, treating GI and upper respiratory ailments, etc.
- Not working Solo, there will be multiple priority care providers on staff
- Required Certifications: Active OR License, BLS, ACLS
- EMR- Epic proficient user required
- Credentialing: 60-90 Days
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
