Job Description :
Family Practice Physician needed near Albion, IL starting as soon as credentialed.
- BC Family Medicine
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Up to 1year
- Shift Details: 7a-4p or 8a-5p
- Schedule: Weekday, day shift (once every 2 weeks) in Albion, IL
- Support staff: NP onsite
- Amount of coverage needed per month: 1 shift per location
- Patients per day: 5-15
- Patient population/age: adults only
- Department description: onsite clinic for employees
- EMR: Healthie
- Minimum of 2 years experience required.
- Active IL License, DEA, BLS required.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 1-3 weeks
- $1250 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
