• 10-12 night shifts (5p-6a) per month needed.


• No Call.


• Practice Settings: Outpatient.


• The following support services have 24 hours availability at the facility: Anesthesia, General Surgery, Laboratory, OR Response Time, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology


• Are newborn deliveries received in the ED: Yes.


• Is there a L&D department: Yes.


• Licensed in WI or IMLC.


• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS.


• Level 3 Trauma.


• EMR: Epic.


• Credentialing: 60 - 90 days.


• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
