• What are the shift times: 6a – 6p, 6p – 6a.


• Is call involved: No.


• What procedures are required: Intubations, central line placement, Ultrasound utilization, OB delivery, dislocation reductions, chest tube placement, trauma management, laceration repair.


• What does the support staff include: 9 hrs app coverage every day.


• What is the average patient census: 45 patients per day.


• What are the most common cases the locum will see: All Variety of Emergency Medicine Cases.


• ABFM or ABIM with ER experience for FSEDs.


• Experience level: At least 2 years of ED experience to work in FSEDs or Family medicine with Emergency medicine fellowship.


• Annual ER admissions:10% admissions at FSEDs and 20% at doctors


• How many EM physicians are typically on staff per shift: 1 EM per shift.


• Will emergency privileges be an option: Yes.


• $1250 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
