• Shift Type: 10 hour.


• Regular Hours: Preferred.


• Cases: General, Ortho. Heavy Ortho (total joints) along with ENT, Urology, General, Endoscopy, and Vascular. No Cardiac, Neuro, CVIR, IR, Peds, or OB.


• OT: Not expected but offered.


• Site Charting System: Epic.


• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4.


• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.


• What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 3 to 1.


• Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes.


• Credentialing: 90 days.


• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
