Job Description :
CRNA needed in West Palm Beach, FL starting as soon as credentialed.
**NO CALL/ NO WEEKENDS**
- Reason for need: Increased volume
- Average Time to Credential: 90 Days
- Length of need: 3 months with possible extension
- Temp/Expedited Privileges: Yes with clean file
- Types of Cases: General, vascular, ortho, podiatry, ENT, endo, pain, IR, spine, ECT
- Majority Case Type: Ortho. General Surgery
- Average Monthly Case: 300 -500 per month
- OB Delivery Average /Month: No Ob
- EMR: Paper, EMR expected soon
- Minimum Number of shifts per month: 20
- Current Available Shifts: Monday thru Friday 8'. They really want Monday thru Friday every day coverage.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
