Job Description :

Permanent CRNA needed in Northern New York starting as soon as credentialed.

Shifts M-Sun Rotating shift times

Rotating On-Call

Cases: General, Ortho, OB, Pediatric Dental / ENT, eyes, no sick kids, no trauma, no cardio

ACLS, BLS, & PALS Required

NY License Required

Required Qualifications :

$275,000 (Inclusive of weekend/Holiday pay) up to >$390,000 (includes 401k contribution)

401k Profit Sharing Plan: Up to 11% of Employer Contribution based on JAS 401k Pension Plan/Employee Guidelines

CME: $2500

Malpractice: Paid by Group

Group Life Insurance: Paid by Group

Health/Dental: Eligible plans provided by Group

Vacation & CME: 6-8 weeks

Relocation Expenses: Up to $4000, with proof of receipts

Student Loan Reimbursement: $12,000 per year for 5 years, eligible after one full-year of employment

Additional Pay Items to Note:

A. Time and one half after 3:30pm if not on call
B. CRNA allowed to go home after the last case ends, will not have to stay in-house through end of shift. If cases run past 11:00pm the overnight CRNA takes over cases and you become the back-up call CRNA.
C. Mon - Fri Call (7am - 12am): If called in after 12am $150 plus time and a half
D. Friday Call: $2300 until 12am; time and a half after 12am
E. Saturday Call: $2900 for 24 hours
F. Sunday: $2500 for 24 hours plus Monday off
G. Overnight Call: 7:30pm through 7:00am, work 7 straight days followed by 7 days off, rotated amongst CRNAs
H. Numbers based on 11 FTE's, may earn more if working more than your share of call(s).
