• Takes 90 days (minimum) to credential, full-time ongoing

• Reason for need- summer/fall coverage

• 4-6 CRNAs daily depending on # of ORs running – Supervised setting

• Cases: general, endoscopy, plastics, orthopedic, urology, light pediatrics (healthy, none under 2 years old)

• No Call

• EMR- epic

• Schedule: 4x10s – full time coverage is preferred

• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.

• $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.

• $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
