Great CRNA opportunity in east Texas to start in 45 days and work ongoing.  Must have a TX license.  Must have NRP or receive it prior to start. Will consider new grads if proficient in regionals. 

• Must be willing to work M-F, unable to work 4-10's or 3-12's. 


• Diverse case mix may include: General, Trauma, Ortho, Endo, Neuro (backs), Lungs, Urology, Major Vas, OB, Gyn, Podiatry, Pain. Rare Peds.  Regionals and OB are required.  Only 1 doc at location. No Cardiac.


• Independent nights and weekends. 


• Call every 1:11 (would need to be within a 30 min radius).  


• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.


• $Competitive Hourly pay + Premium Pay after 40 hours + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance if needed.
