Perm CRNA needed for hospital based job in South Bend Indiana area starting October 8th.
Things to do in your off time: the arts, golf, sightseeing, fishing, Lake Michigan not too far away.
- Pay - $250k
- 1099
- 17 weeks off per year
- Monday - Friday
- Rotation 2 on / 1 off
- Call is 1 in 2
- Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals
