Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and working ongoing at a facility near Shiloh, IL. IL license preferred.

• Shift Type: Ideally 10 hr shifts but may take 8s as well. 


• Regular Hours: Preferred


• OT: Not expected but offered


• Cases: General, Ortho, Neuro.


• Site Charting System: Epic. 


• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 15.


• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes 


• What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 4 to 1 


• Are MDs doing their own cases: No. 


• Credentialing: 90 days.


• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
