• Takes 90 days (minimum) to credential, full-time ongoing

• Level 1 trauma center

• 7 MDs, 19-21 CRNAs daily

• Supervision 1:4

• Cases: GI, General, OB/GYN, Neuro, Ortho, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, Pediatrics (healthy peds/ped urology)

• No call

• EMR Epic

• Schedule: 5 8s – Full time coverage is preferred

• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.

• $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.

• $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
