Job Description :
CRNA needed January- ongoing near Wyomissing, PA
- Will consider candidates with or without an active PA license but not IMLC.
- Busy multispecialty outpatient ASC. Monday through Friday, no weekends, holidays or call. Hours 0600-1430.
- Case mix is adult and pediatrics. Specialties include ENT, General, GI, Podiatry, Plastics, Vascular, GYN, Dental, Orthopedics. We use SIS Complete to chart and Drager machines and Pyxis med machines.
- Credentialing timeframe- 60-90 days temp privs available.
- Certifications needed- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- No call
- Willing to use 2-3 providers for this need? yes
- What is the ideal work schedule? 06-1430
- Practice Profile? % of cases that will be provider's owned cases? % of cases that will be supervised? All cases are supervised by anesthesiologist
- CRNA / anesthesiologist ratio? 4 CRNA’s to 1 anesthesiologist
- Do you require a DEA? No

Patient Census / Population Setting? (i.e. adult, pediatric, surgical etc). I included this in our description but we are an outpatient setting dealing with 6 month old and greater. 28% of our population is kids and the rest adults
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
