Job Description :
Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work full time ongoing in suburban Philadelphia, PA. Must fit into call rotation.
- B&B, General, OB/GYN, Orho. Cardiac/vascular not required.
- 1:7 pager/in-house call will move to 1:10 when full staffed. Must fit into the call rotation.
- 6 to 7 Docs with a 1:4 to 1:5 supervision ratio, running 17 OR's per day.
- M-F, 8's, 10's, 12's must be flexible to rotate but client will consider a 4 day consecutive schedule (with a 40 hour guarantee) if candidate will take pager and in-house call as needed. 3 CRNAs on call each night (2 on pager and 1 in-house). 2 Docs on call each night (1 on pager & 1 on in-house).
- 7a - 3p = 17 total providers on, 3a - 5p = 10 providers on, 5p-7p = 5 providers on (all call takers).
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
