Job Description :
CRNA needed near Palm City, FL to start in 120 days.
- Length of need: 3 Months - with extension
- Provider MUST BE at least 75 miles from facility
- Average Time to Credential: 120
- Variety of cases including: General Surgery, vascular, Neuro, Spines, OB/Gyn, Ortho, Urology, Endo, Ent, plastics.
- Proficiency with labor epidurals is preferred but not required
- Minimum # of shifts per month: 20
- No call; No weekends
- Majority Case Type: Ortho, General
- Average Monthly Case: 600-700 per month
- Required Procedures: epidural skills preferred but NOT Required
- EMR: Paper Anesthesia, hospital meditech
- Current Available Shifts: 8 hours (7a-3:30p) (includes 30 minute lunch) .
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
- $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.

Required Qualifications :
- No Providers who worked for Envision within past 12 months and that live within 75 miles of the site
- No Providers who worked for this site or an affiliated site in the past 24 months
- No Providers that worked at this site or affiliated site that is within 75 miles of this site
- New Candidates that have never worked for Envision must live outside the 75 mile radius of this site
- No Providers will be accepted who currently reside or have a primary residence in the counties of Broward, Palm Beach, or Dade County.
