Job Description :
Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Norwoodville, IA. IA license preferred.
- Shift: 8, 10, 12, 24.
- Call or weekend requirements: Available.
- Call ratio: Varies.
- Practice setting: Hospital and surgical centers.
- How long is the call response time: In house or 30 minutes on beeper.
- Support staff (CRNA’s/APP’s/# of other ANE docs on, etc)? Some CRNA’s, techs. No AA's.
- Will locum be Required to Supervise CRNAs: Sometimes, but not necessarily.
- Will provider be solo: Most of the time.
- EMR type: EPIC and paper chart.
- Average # of cases per day/Patients per shift: Varies.
- Number of operating rooms:28 total locations
- Procedures required: General, Ortho, Urology, Robotics, Cardiac, Peds, more - full spectrum.
- Required skills or preferred skills: Proficient in regional, spinal and epidural anesthesia. For cardiac, TEE certified. For pediatrics fellowship required.
- Trauma Level/Designation: II.
- Number of Anesthesiologists in Practice: 45.
- Certification required (ACLS, BLS): Yes.
- Patient Age Demographic: Varies.
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 - 90 days.
- Will accept providers with closed malpractice cases: Yes.
- Vaccinations required (Flu, covid): Flu.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
