Job Description :
Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work a 3 months with a possibility of extend at a facility near North Fort Myers, FL. FL license preferred.
- Shift: 5x8 or 4x10 non consecutive only. 40 GWW.
- Medical Direction model.
- Do the CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals, and epidurals: No.
- Will cross credential at 4 sites.
- Types of cases: General, Endo.
- EMR: Epic.
- Credentialing: Emergency credentialing.
- Start: Need starts by July 14. This would require them to attend the in person Epic training on 7/10 and USAP orientation on 7/11.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
