Job Description :
Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work ongoing at a facility near Cordell, OK. OK license preferred.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8's. 3 weeks on/1 week off.
- 40 hour guarantee.
- CRNA takes 1st Call 1:3 Weeknights, 1:3 Weekends.
- Case Mix: General, Bread and Butter, OB,
- 3 ORs and 1 OB room a day with a 3 CRNA team.
- CRNA only Model, NO Anesthesia MD.
- Credentialing: 45 - 60 days.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance if needed.
