Job Description :
- CRNA need
- Reason for opening: Model Change
- # of OR’s: 2
- 1-2 # MD’s 1-2 # CRNAs
- Cases required to perform: endo, pedi dentistry, general, OB (200-300 deliveries/year)Doesn’t have an ICU so no critical care, usually outpatient, OB is pretty general, no high risk – transferred.
- Shifts available: 5X8S
- Call required: Yes How frequently: Weekly
- EMR: Paper Charting, Pyxis
- Credentialing time frame: ~60-90 days
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
$Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
$Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
