Locum CRNA needed near Louisville, KY. Start as soon as credentialed and work ongoing.

•  Team consists of 20 CRNAs & 9 docs

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 7a-3p. Prefers full-time providers.

• 1:6 pager Call.  Docs do OB Call.

• Cases: Everything except thoracic and hearts. Do not need to be capable of OB. CRNAs do not do blocks

• Supervision: Autonomous. However, Anesthesiologist always available if needed.

• Credentialing: 90 Days 

• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
