2 Locum CRNA's needed near Beaver Dam, KY to start March, ongoing assisgnment

License takes 2 weeks.  

Candidate will work 3 12's preferably but open to 4 10's. 

Mixture between ASC and Hospital. 

Care Team Model. Community hospital setting. CRNA’s do most of the epi’s and spinals – strong CRNA team. No call, no holidays, no weekends.

$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
