Job Description :
Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Little Black, WI.
- Day Shifts Needed: July 10th, August 12th, 13th, 14th, 21st.
- Schedule: 7am - 4pm.
- No Call.
- Types of surgery will be expected to be performed at this facility: Pediatric, Regional.
- Specialty Skills Required: General Anesthesia ( Adult, Pediatric, Trauma), Spinal Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Central Line placement, Arterial Line placement.
- Practice Settings: Outpatient.
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS,.
- Level 4 Trauma.
- Licensed in WI only.
- EMR: Epic.
- Credentialing: 30 - 60 days.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
