• Hotel - reimbursable


• Flight - reimbursable - prefer local candidate


• Car rental/mileage - either or not both - reimbursable


• Active MI license - Required


• Please submit rates at the time of name clear - Required


• Covid vaccinated - Required


• BLS/ACLS - Required


• Board Certified(AANA) - Required


• Clean background with NO disciplinary actions and NO malpractice - Required


• Trained/Experienced (no new grads!) - Required


• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.


• $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
