Job Description :
Locum CRNA needed to start in 30 days and work through July 30, 2021 at a facility near Hobart, IN. Must have IN license.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8's.
- No Call.
- Cases: General, Ortho & OB.
- Medical supervision. We have a team approach and independent CRNAs. If capable our CRNAs do their own blocks.
- Credentialing: 30 days.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included. (Will provide either mileage OR Flights).
