Job Description :

Hospital in northwest IN, just SE of Chicago is looking for a locum CRNA to start in 90 days possibly earlier and work ongoing. Odyssey will license you in 4 weeks. Will consider full time candidates only.

CRNAs working 8's & 10's, prefer the candidate to be flexible. 40 hour guarantee.

Very CRNA friendly.

13 OR's per day, with 2 late rooms (2 CRNA's doing 10 hour shifts per day).

1:10 pager call.

General B&B with OB, but OB is not required. No OB during call.

$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.

$Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.

$Competitive pay + travel + housing + A++ rated malpractice insurance.
