Job Description :
Locum CRNA needed for full time locums in Ft. Worth, TX to work the month of December. Must have TX license. 

 



  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5x8's. 

  • Guaranteed 40 hours. 

  • No call.

  • Types of cases: ortho, general, Gyn pain urology,

  • Supervision Model. 

  • EMR: Cerner and paper.

  • Must have BLS and PALS.

  • Credentialing: 30 - 60 days.

  • $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.

  • $Competitive Hourly pay + A++ rated malpractice insurance if needed. Local candidates only.
