Job Description :
Locum CRNA needed to start in 90 days with a fantastic group in Northeast Indiana and work 3 months with option to extend. Must have clean background and Indiana license.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 hour guarantee. Typical shift is 5:30 am - 5:30 pm but can vary.
- Cases: All Ortho. Ortho sports, hand, foot, ankle, Must do spinals. Do not have to be proficient with regionals.
- No Call.
- No OT.
- Supervision Model.
- Credentialing: 60 - 90 days.
