• Schedule: 7am-3pm M-F or 7a-5pm. Weekend (12hr) Shift required every 6 weeks with a 7p - 7a option.


• Call is required. Weekend call is a 12 hr in house shift. (They will be one of 5 people during the day - with 1 MDA - typically do about 15 ish cases per weekend  day shift)


• Patient population/age: 2 years - Adult (Pediatric coverage is an expectation).


• Skills required: Delivery and management of general, MAC, and regional anesthesia. Arterial line insertion is preferred. No transplants or hearts.


• Department Description: Level 1 Trauma Center with high acuity patient population. Our current OR schedule is approx. 60/40 mix of adults and pediatrics. In need of CRNAs who enjoy elective healthy pediatrics . ACT model with 4:1 ratio.

  Special procedures: Out of OR locations to include GI, Cath lab, MRI and IR.

  
  

  · Technology: Glidescopes, Hemospheres, GE anesthesia machines, and Istats.

  
  


• Must have 2 years experience. 


• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS *no exceptions.


• EMR: Epic; *virtual trainings are offered every Tuesday from 0830-1230


• NO GAPS OF EMPLOYMENT OVER 90 DAYS.


• Credentialing: 90 - 120 days with SC license. If SC license is needed, can take up to 5-6 months to fully credential.


• 500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
