Job Description :
A level 1 trauma center near Flagstaff AZ needs a CRNA to start in May 2025 and work through September.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, Shift times are: 7a-3p 7a-5p 7a-7p 3p-11p. Need to be flexible.
- OT: OT after scheduled shift - No weekly OT or after 40 hours.
- Cases: ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
- Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center.
- 50-60 cases per day.
- Experience: must have recent hospital experience.
- Care team model.
- Certifications required: BLS or ACLS.
- 30-45 day credentialing time frame.
- EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
