• Shifts: Will only consider 4x10. MUST take call. Need full time availability.


• Call: Required: 7p-7a weeknights and 24 hour weekends 7a-7a (every 5th weekend). Either Saturday 7a - Sunday 7a OR Sunday 7a - Monday 7a. 1 night per week, 1 weekend per month max, may be less. Post call off.


• Types of cases: No cardiac, no OB, no PEDS. Just general cases.


• Generally, medical supervision. Medical supervision with occasional medical direction. 1:3 or 1:4.


• EMR System: Epic & HST Pathways at Bonita (Bonita to shift to Epic soon).


• Credentialing: 60-90 days.


• Cross Credentialing facilities: Baker Downtown Hospital, North Naples Hospital, NCH Endoscopy Creekside, NCH Bonita Ambulatory Surgery Center


• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
