• Shift Type: 12hrs.


• Must have availability to work a minimum os 24 hours/week.


• Weekend and Evening Coverage.


• Regular Hours: Required.


• OT: Not expected but offered.


• Cases: General, OB, Neuro, Ortho.


• Site Charting System: iPro.


• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 5.


• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.


• What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 4 to 1.


• Candidate will be working at multiple sites. 


• Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes.


• Credentialing: 60 days.


• Must be able to start as soon as credentialed.


• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
