• Generous Salary (5% less if not yet boarded)


• Sign-on bonus up to 15% of salary up to $50K(paid when contract signed and forgiven over 2 years)!!!

• CRNAs are medically directed, but have the autonomy to manage their own cases.


• Monday - Friday 7a-3:30p


• Call 1:7


• Cases:  General, OB/maternity, ENT, Opthalmology, Ortho, Peds (mostly ENT), occasionally assist with Cardiac but MD is main provider, Thoracic, & Vascular
