Job Description :
Multiple CRNAs needed in Coldwater, MI starting May 1st and working ongoing.
- Shift: 7am - 3pm
- Call: 7p - 7a Every 4th night
- 4 weeks on / 1 week off
- All CRNA Practice
- Cases: General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Dental ENT, OB/GYN, Podiatry
- Must be proficient in spinals, epidurals and blocks
- 3 OR's
- EMR: Epic
- 60 day credentialing
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
- $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
