Job Description :
Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work ongoing at facility near Cloquet, MN. Must have MN license.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8's, 10's or 12's.
- Call is negotiable.
- Cases: All cases. Minimal Peds. CRNAs do not do lines or blocks.
- Level II trauma.
- Medically Supervised.
- Credentialing: 60 days. Emergency privs available.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
- $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
