Job Description :
Locum CRNA needed to work starting June 14, 2021 - August 13, 2021 at a facility 15 minutes outside of Louisville, KY in Indiana. Must have clean background.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 7a - 3:30p (30 minute unpaid lunch).
- No call.
- Will be credentialed at both the hospital & surgery center.
- No nights or weekends.
- General mix of cases. No cardiac, OB or trauma.
- Care team model.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive pay A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included. All - inclusive rate to include housing & travel.
